Senator uses screen printing on plastic pen barrels. Check each model’s print area and number of colours.
Pad printing suits a clip’s curve. A compact logo can make a strong, clear impression here.
On suitable metal versions, laser engraving can add a logo or name to the surface. Options vary by model.
Senator also offers digital CMYK printing for photographs and gradients. HD Print 360° adds a tactile varnish layer to suitable white barrels. These techniques are discussed separately; the pen studio uses PMS colours.
Alongside engraving, suitable metal pens can be colour printed. A dedicated printing process with additional curing helps the ink adhere to the finish.
